Key Responsibilities:
Leading the collection and documentation of user requirements
Analyzing, designing, and driving solutions for major components and features
Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team
Investigating and resolving production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders
Working with cross-functional teams for delivery
Engage with vendor technology partners to maintain and support SaaS Solutions
AI technology lead within the global Anti-Financial Crimes & Risk management team
Develop & Implement AI use cases end to end leveraging – internal / external vendor tools
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Quantitative Fields (Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
Three plus years in full-stack software engineering
Ability to build, deliver and operate complex, cloud-based systems
Knowledge of coud based infrastructure
Proficiency with .NET custom development using C# and ASP.NET MVC
Proficiency with, at least, one web language such as JavaScript, Typescript, PHP
Experienced in delivering automation capabilities.
Knowledge of core AI principles (Machine Learning, Large Language Models)
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Quantitative Fields (Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
Five plus years overall experience in technology role
Proficient in Python
Proficiency with various database technologies and solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL
Knowledge of Actimize Sanctions Screening Solution
Proficient in Compliance Framework (Transaction Monitoring, Customer Risk Rating & ABC Principles)
DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps
Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket or Azure Repos
Domain expertise where NLP and/or perceptive solutions can be applied
Works independently on complex level data gathering, checking, and analysis tasks
Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
Knowledge of Google Baard, Azure Open AI or Hugging face model repository
Analytical mind and business acumen
Problem solving aptitude.
Knowledge and working experience with Agile methodologies
This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
