ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Trinity Solar Inc. is looking for a talented leader who is passionate about training, investing in committed reps, and delivering the best possible service to our customers and our sales teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable candidate to lead a team of entry-level sales representatives. You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process, generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar. RESPONSIBILITIES Run daily extra practice trainings as required Use a variety of computer and app-based applications to analyze office and rep performances Monitor rep growth and assess specific needs of reps. Hold reps accountable to minimums and their potential. Organize and welcome incoming new recruits Lead from the front by setting qualified leads for solar appointments Work with District Manager and Assistant District Manager on office strategy QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Can operate under performance pressure Experience in D2D sales Must be flexible working weekends and evenings Reliable transportation for travel to office and meet reps in the field Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest Problem solving skills Articulate with excellent communication skills up and down the chain of command Able to analyze, track, and be technically sound with numbers and technology High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills Must be computer proficient Bilingual abilities are a plus Applicants must be 18 years old or older COMPENSATION $52k base salary plus uncapped competitive commission on personal production, office production, and rookie production.
