The Polysomnography Therapist Group Lead works under medical supervision and performs functions pertaining to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders including patient assessment, operation of diagnostic equipment, patient education and communication with health care professionals. Additional functions include application for and oversight of AASM accreditation standards for all facilities within the operating group, expansion of services, and quality oversight.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Five years of experience as a Sleep Technologist

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

  • Two years of experience in an AASM accredited center required

  • High School Diploma and or GED required

  • Associates Degree or technical degree preferred

  • Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required

Schedule: Night shift 1900-0700

Physical Requirements:

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
