What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.

  • Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts

  • Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.

  • Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.

  • Coordinate with off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage

  • Work with appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortages

  • Reconcile and root cause inventory discrepancies

  • Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.

  • Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfilment administration and processes.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Who you are

  • High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Abe to lift between 15 and 50 pounds.

  • Proficient in basic mathematics

  • Knowledgeable of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
