What will you do?

Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

Enters receipts, issues and other transactions into MAPICS.

Finds information about items and purchase orders in MAPICS.

Checks levels of specified materials for reorder.

Communicates closely with Buyers and Supervisors on issues especially regarding shortages or damaged shipments.

Affixes labels to inventories with information such as COM numbers and build days.

Disassembles wooden or cardboard containers or pre-assembled containers.

Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information onto crates or containers.

Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.

Operates forklift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

This role is for our 2nd shift team (2pm to10pm) however, you will need to train on First Shift 6am - 2p for up to 8 weeks.
