About the role

• Our production operation team, composed of 4050 people, is integrated in the site operation department and focuses on plant running, process control, operation safety, environment facilities running and so on, in collaboration with HSE, maintenance, supply chain, and other relevant functions of the site.

• As a Production Manager, you will work on plant production operation, production and production team management, Plant safety, cost of production, communication to supply chain, sales and maintenance team etc. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the site team and the company, and have a positive impact on your individual career.

• You will be accountable for:

• Continues to improve the process for the steady operation to get higher and stable production output.

• Fully meet the requirement with high demand, take on the challenge of the changing market.

• Developing the team to meet the target of the company and get good performance.

• We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree chemical or equivalent knowledge of chemical process.

• Relevant work experience in chemical plant and team management skill

• Competencies:

• Good English ability in reading, writing and speaking

• Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word) ,SAP, AutoCAD ,PI(ASPEN), DCS and etc.

• Behaviors:

• Strong ability to Identify problems, analyze problems and solve problems;

• Familiar with professional standards and HSE/HR working procedures

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China base pay reasonably expected for this role is 390,000 to 490,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
